Association Services, Inc. provides record-keeping assistance to non-profit, tax-exempt organizations, including managing your donor database, tracking contributions, sending acknowledgments, invoicing pledges, depositing funds, and generating financial reports.
Keeping track of all donations is vital to any charity and not-for-profit organization. Our services will maintain an accurate list of all donations, provide financial and donor reports, and send each donor the appropriate acknowledgment letter as required by the non-profit organization and by U.S. tax law.
- Mail annual or quarterly individual pledge invoices (with return envelope for prompt payment)
- Customized all pledge invoices and acknowledgments to the organization’s name and logo
- Collect all donations
- Deposit funds
- Send automatic acknowledgment (thank you) to donors within 48 hours of receipt of donation
- Provide monthly financial donors report to the executive board of directors
- Update list of new donors
- Provide delinquent donors report
- Send out special notices and announcements
- Attend monthly board meeting and/or record and prepare board meeting minutes)
