At Association Services, Inc., we have extensive experience with helping developers build the quality communities they set out to create by providing outstanding administrative support simultaneously to the builder/developer and the new homeowners.  Our services help sustain the much needed communication between developer and homeowner and create a smooth transition to a homeowner run Board of Directors when the time comes.  
Examples of services we provide for Developers:
  • Organize Annual and Special Meetings on behalf of the Board of Directors
  • Record and maintain Board and Annual meeting minutes
  • Help guide and assist the Developer in the performance of their Board Member obligations
  • Archive and maintain all records of the affairs of the association, including Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, resolutions, polices, meeting minutes and copies of contracts
  • Assist with the coordination of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and provide administrative support functions for the ARC.  These functions include the processing and review of submitted architectural applications prior to board approval, correspondence with owners requesting ARC compliance or completion of applications and all necessary correspondence related to the ARC
  • Maintain records of new lots and homeowner database
  • Coordinate phase closing/transferring of ownership
  • Provide welcome packets for new homeowners
