DEVELOPERS

Our professional services will assist you, your project manager, and board of directors with the administrative and accounting functions of  your newly developed subdivision.   We will also provide a smooth transition from you to a newly formed homeowners association (HOA).

Examples of services we provide:

  • Organize annual and special meetings
  • Record and maintain meeting minutes
  • Guide and assist members of the association's board of directors in the performance of their obligations
  • Archive and maintain all records of the affairs of the association, including declaration, articles of incorporation, bylaws, resolutions, polices, minutes of meetings and copies of contracts
  • Assist with the coordination of and provide administrative support functions to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), including preparation and review of architectural application prior to board approval, correspondence with owners requesting ARC compliance or completion of applications and all necessary correspondence related to the ARC
  • Maintain records of new lots and homeowner database
  • Coordinate phase closing/transferring of ownership
  • Provide welcome packets for new homeowners

Accounting

  • Send invoice assessments (annual, quarterly, monthly) to owners
  • Collect all assessments
  • Prepare and pay association’s expenses
  • Deposits funds
  • Prepare and release monthly financial reports
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets
  • Provide documents for association tax return to an assigned CPA
